    You can use EventBookings absolutely free, and as such, you do not need to provide us with any payment details. However, EventBookings offers a premium plan that comes with some premium features for the event hosts who wish to take it to the next level.

  • Does EventBookings charge for free events ?

    You don’t have to pay any service fees for your free events. We will only charge you when you sell tickets for your events.

  • How do I receive payment from my attendees ?

    If you are using the EventBookings payment gateway, we will send you your tickets revenue (minus our service charge) to your nominated bank account after your event ends.

    If you have any other preferences and would like to discuss other arrangements for receiving payments, please feel free to contact us at our support page. One of our team members will be available to discuss a settlement plan suited to your needs.

  • When do I need to give my credit card details ?

    We do not require your credit card details to create and publish your event.

    However, EventBookings offers some premium features that come with the Premium Subscription plan. We will ask for your card details only when you purchase our Premium Subscription.

  • Is there any free trial option ?

    EventBookings is completely free to use, so you can always sign up and see if it’s right for you. You can create as many events as you like, and you won’t be charged until you start charging your attendees.
